Information about Tony Foster, his current and past exhibits, and his accomplishments, can be found under the “Tony Foster Journeys” menu heading on this website. The Foster YouTube channel includes interviews with Tony, examples of how he works/paints, short documentaries about the artist and his Journeys, and virtual tours of the exhibitions led by the artist-explorer.

The Foster is a LEED Silver building in Palo Alto, California, that houses a permanent collection of wilderness watercolor paintings from living British artist-explorer and plein air painter, Tony Foster. The Foster is home to two complete Tony Foster Journeys, Exploring Beauty: Watercolour Diaries from the Wild and Sacred Places: Watercolour Diaries from the American Southwest, and a retrospective gallery of paintings from past Journeys.
