Join Corinne DeBra at The Foster Museum as she provides a delicious chocolate tasting that delves into the science behind chocolate's health and feel-good benefits.
You'll not only be guided to smell and taste notable distinctions between chocolates from different origins, you'll also learn the chocolate-making process from bean to bar. Expect a side-by-side tasting of several bars and a discussion about the unique properties of various chocolate-producing rainforest regions.

Corinne is also a naturalist with the City of Palo Alto Lucy Evans Baylands Nature Interpretive Center, which is open Saturdays 12 - 3pm and Sundays 10am - 3pm, with free admission.
